Blufloc N830 Nonionic Polyacrylamide Polyelectrolyte (NPAM) Polymer | High MW PAM Flocculant for Acidic Wastewater & Sludge Treatment
Product Overview
Blufloc N830 is a nonionic polyacrylamide (NPAM) with high molecular weight, supplied as an off-white free-flowing granular powder.
Unlike anionic or cationic polyacrylamide, N830 has very low ionic charge (<3%), making it especially suitable for systems where charge interaction is limited or undesirable.
The polymer works mainly through molecular chain bridging, enabling aggregation of suspended solids without strong electrostatic effects.
This makes it ideal for:
- Acidic wastewater treatment
- Low charge or neutral systems
- Sensitive suspension environments
Blufloc N830 is widely used in wastewater treatment, mining, textile processing, paper industry and oilfield applications.

Key Advantages
Excellent Performance in Acidic Systems
Highly effective in wastewater with low pH conditions.
Low Ionic Interaction
Suitable for systems where charged polymers are less effective.
Strong Bridging Capability
High molecular weight enables effective floc formation.
Reduced Chemical Consumption
Helps reduce inorganic coagulant dosage and sludge production.
Improved Treatment Efficiency
Enhances clarification, flotation and dewatering performance.
