    PolyDADMAC DA402 – High Solid Medium Viscosity Liquid Cationic Polymer

    PolyDADMAC, also known as PDADMAC, PDMDAAC, PolyDMDAAC, Poly(dimethyldiallylammonium chloride), or Poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride), is a high charge density cationic polymer widely used as a primary coagulant in water treatment and wastewater treatment systems.

    DA402 belongs to the BLU DA Series high solid content grades and is designed as a medium viscosity concentrated liquid polymer. Compared with DA401, DA402 provides stronger floc formation while maintaining good pumpability and dosing stability. Compared with higher viscosity grades, it offers a more balanced combination of reaction speed, sedimentation performance, and operating convenience.

    This grade is especially suitable for customers who need a concentrated PolyDADMAC solution with more floc strength than low viscosity products, while still keeping the product easy to handle in continuous dosing systems.

    DOSAGE AND USAGE

    For water treatment applications, DA402 can be used alone or blended into a treatment program with compatible inorganic coagulants such as Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC). The TDS recommends dilution to 0.5%–5% based on solid content when used alone. Actual dosage should be determined according to raw water turbidity, contaminant profile, and jar testing results.

    To achieve stable treatment performance:
