High Charge Density Polyamine 50% for Textile Dye Wastewater Decolorization
Textile effluent may contain reactive dyes, auxiliaries, dispersants, salts and variable alkalinity. A 50% solids polyamine offers high active content for plants seeking compact storage and strong charge neutralization. It is normally screened against the actual dye bath or mixed effluent because dye chemistry determines treatability.
Best suited to coagulation trials on colored wastewater where negative colloidal charge contributes to poor settling or flotation. For difficult soluble color, polyamine may need to be combined with BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent, PAC or another dedicated decolorant.

Equalize mixed textile effluent before treatment. Compare polyamine alone, polyamine plus PAC, and BWD-01 plus PAC followed by PAM. Control pH as a test variable instead of assuming one universal set point. Add PAM only after the primary coagulant has been dispersed and pin flocs are visible.
Assess true-color reduction, turbidity, COD contribution, sludge production and residual color after filtration. A lower visual color is not sufficient if clarified water remains unstable or dissolved COD is unchanged.
Use corrosion-compatible metering equipment and prevent contamination between chemical tanks. If dilution is required, add product to clean water with moderate agitation and verify solution stability before continuous use.
