    Product Overview

    PolyDADMAC, also known as PDADMAC or Poly(dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride), is a liquid cationic polymer with strong charge neutralization ability. It is widely used in wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering, industrial clarification, oil industry, mining, paper-making, and textile wastewater treatment applications.

    In dissolved air flotation systems, DAF float sludge is generated when suspended solids, oil droplets, fibers, pigments, grease, biological solids, and chemical flocs are floated to the water surface and removed by skimming. This float sludge often contains high water content and unstable fine particles. If not properly conditioned, it may be difficult to concentrate, thicken, pump, or dewater.

    Application Method & Guidance

    For DAF float sludge concentration, PolyDADMAC should be selected according to sludge source, oil content, and equipment type. Normally diluted to 0.5–5% concentration before dosing. Optimum dosage should be confirmed by jar testing.
